What To Grow 2022

 Its time to get a plan for growing this year.  Its already Feb. and this year my focus is toward what can I make with what I grow.   Don't waste all that food because its to much fun to grow but you don't know what to do with it once its harvested.

I am seeing so many various frozen vegetables that are pre seasoned in the store now and I buy them!  I need to know how to do this for my harvest so I can create small frozen servings for two and save all that canning hassle.

I have my notebook, sharp pencil and plenty of inspiration from the internet recipe pages.

I just found out you can freeze spiral zucchini!  I am actually going to get a couple small ones and give this a test run before I invest in growing to many of these squash this year.
